Any user failing to comply with these guidelines may be expelled from and refused continued access to forums maintained by the Company in the future. Class Action Waiver

Any claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void, or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability
